Each metric is scored on a scale from 0 to 10 points, with 10 being the highest possible points per metric. These points are then weighted and calculated to determine a single Power Rank.

Each metric is assigned a percentage weight based on its impact. These weights differ depending on whether the store is In Footprint (IF) or Out of Footprint (OOF):

Metrics like Opps, PPVGA, and Internet are more directly tied to business growth. They are weighted higher to reflect their importance.
It means your Power Rank could be significantly affected. Prioritizing improvements in OPPS, PPVGA or Internet can quickly boost your overall score.
"Points" show how well you’re doing in that metric (0–10). The contribution is how much those points impact your final score based on the weight.
